About Me: Amber Eckert

73ea6b0f-b764-4850-b31d-2472c2a0a4f8.jfif

I am a mental health therapist (LICSW - LW.70045402) in Washington State. I am also an ADHD-Certified Clinical Services Provider as well as a Parent Coach.

My background in wilderness, recreation, and play therapy have been formative in how I practice - with ALL ages and stages. I offer meaningful and engaging activities paired with evidence-informed practices. I strongly believe in integrative mental health care, exploring how we can support your mental health with sleep, nutrition, community, and environment.

I am passionate about integrating nature, adventure, and movement into my work whenever possible.

I work hard to live with curiosity, intention, playfulness, and an open mind. These values help me to provide high quality care, while remaining genuine and true. I am a mom, a mountain biker, a goof, a sub-par skier, a backpacker, a Middle Earth enthusiast, and a lifelong learner.

Some of my other values include

Adventure    Integrity    Community     Joy

Wisdom   Health  Whimsy   Purpose   Play

Connection  Growth   Tolkien    Humor  Flexibility

I was born and raised in the Snoqualmie Valley and care deeply about connecting with and giving back to this community and surrounding areas.
